These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by Angel Stars Limited and prevail over any other documentation or communication from you.
All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
Prices are correct at time of publishing, are valid until 31st December 2005, are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and exclusive of any delivery and postage charges.
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Payment of the total purchase price (including VAT and any delivery and postage charges) must be made in full before dispatch of the goods.
While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
Measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow.
Variations in colours may arise depending on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
All items are subject to availability.
Delivery of the goods shall be made by delivery to the place and on the terms as agreed between us at the time the order is placed.
All goods, wherever possible, will be delivered within 5 days of the order being placed and you shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
We will use reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Some goods may not be in stock at the time the order is placed. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the time specified above, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to advise of the situation and you will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund or agree a later delivery date.
Title and risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery.
You agree to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to notify us within 7 days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the contract between us.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made then the goods shall be returned by you to us and, subject to the following, you shall be entitled to replacement goods or a full refund plus any reasonable return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.
Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to your fault, you will be liable for the cost of remedying that damage or may elect to have the damaged goods returned to you at your cost, but no refund shall be payable to you.
Where goods are purchased from us via the internet, by mail order or by phone or fax, you have the right to cancel the goods and receive a refund by informing us in writing or by email within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. Goods must be returned in perfect condition complete with original retail packaging undamaged and should be adequately insured during the return journey. You shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods, except for return postal charges and insurance costs, within 30 days of cancellation.
Goods to be returned, whether damaged, defective or otherwise, must clearly show the order number allocated to your order and your full address and contact details on the package.
You are responsible for any returned and cancelled goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly suggest that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any product. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
We regret that, unless otherwise stated, insurance, postage & packing are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable after arrival.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of Angel Stars for death or personal injury, however Angel Stars shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by you or any third party howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of the goods.
Angel Stars cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated (including on the packaging or any fixing sheet supplied).
Angel Stars shall not be liable under any circumstances to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by you or any third party howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise.
Angel Stars endeavours to check the accuracy of information on this website. However, Angel Stars does not warrant that the information is error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this site may include typological errors and inaccuracies

These Terms & Conditions contain the entire agreement between us relating to the goods.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect as if they had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
This website, its content (including these Terms and Conditions) and any contract brought into being as a result of using this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
